Sales Assistant Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field,
  • 5 years of specifically relevant experience in sales operations / business sales / B2B sales / SaaS / Software sales,
  • Excellent command of English both in oral and written communication,
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines,
  • Experience environment,
  • Experience identifying customer insights, developing strategic input briefs, and working with campaign, creative, and business channel partners,
  • Organized with ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing, projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times,
  • Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; proven ability to think big and influence others,
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of leadership; Strong executive presence, professional client service manner, confident,
  • Ambitious to successith end to end product delivery,
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product,
  • Experience overseeing pipeline strategy and definition,
  • Experience analysing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives,
  • Experience using data to develop, validate, and measure marketing programs,
  • Experience using omnichannel approaches to attract and retain potential customers through powerful sales campaigns,
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Ability to work well in a virtual team environment,
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously,
  • Self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic.


Job Description

  • Administer, manage and report on revenue forecasting using interactive visual analytics in the form of dashboards and automation/forecasting tools,
  • Drive standards of performance and specific actions that drive sales activities within the sales team; track and report on these activities,
  • Review weekly forecast and metrics reports and provide analysis for the management
  • Partner with sales leadership on business planning and strategy,
  • Assist in the structuring, approval and closure of complex licenses sales, collaborating with legal, finance and customer operations,
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing operations to setup, maintain and modify sales territories,
  • Participate in customer insight gathering to identify market drivers and uncovering the key market needs,
  • Work closely with Univera’s product management and commercial teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization,
  • Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas and sales plan,
  • Translate key market findings into business relevant metrics for transparent communication across the organization,
  • Work with headquarters product development/management, customer experience and marketing operation teams to provide recommendations for development of processes and tools,
  • Attract and retain talent and develop team members by daily coaching, close follow up and implementation of learning activities,
  • Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their goals and purpose.
