Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

* Coordinate daily sales operations, including quotations, order follow-ups, and reporting.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

* Support price negotiations and deal closures, and conduct market research for new opportunities.

* Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure performance excellence.

* Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance business visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

* 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in trading or printing materials.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

* Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
