Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Your mission

Nagase Europe GmbH is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics, efficient administration, and excellent customer service for our Sales Unit.

What You’ll Do

Support the sales team in daily operations and customer projects
Manage order processing, invoicing, and contract updates
Coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customs clearance
Ensure compliance with Turkish and international regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Your profile

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in sales, administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales, administration, or customs clearance
Fluent in English and Turkish
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team
Willing to travel internationally
