Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant / Pet Handler to join our team. If you love animals and enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with purchases and promote grooming & pet services
• Handle daily retail tasks including organizing, cleaning, and arranging products
• Care for pets in-store (feeding, cleaning, monitoring, basic handling)
• Support the grooming team and keep pets comfortable during sessions
• Assist with basic store operations: cashiering, customer support, and inventory
• Help capture content for social media when needed

Requirements

• Passionate about animals; comfortable handling cats and dogs
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Pet handling experience: minimum 1 year (Required)
• UAE Driving License: minimum 2 years (Required)
• Punctual, professional, and able to follow instructions
