Sales Assistant - Water & waste treatment company

Silver Corner Trading LLC is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support the sales team in the water and wastewater treatment division. The candidate will assist with sales coordination, customer communication, and documentation to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices
• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and order status
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and documentation
• Support in tender submissions and basic technical documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and availability
• Schedule meetings and site visits for sales engineers
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer requests professionally
• Assist with after-sales support and customer follow-ups

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support (experience in water treatment is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of water & wastewater treatment products is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
