Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Your primary duties will include:
• Proactively identifying and qualifying potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understanding client needs and presenting our IT solutions and consulting services to meet their specific organisational requirements.
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Collaborating with our technical and consulting teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a strong sales aptitude and a genuine interest in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the IT services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• The ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with CRM software is considered an advantage.
