Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services.
• Process shipments accurately and ensure all packages meet carrier requirements.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently for sales and transactions.
• Assist with printing, copying, scanning, and document finishing tasks.
• Promote and upsell store products and services to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Restock supplies and participate in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow all company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer, printing, and office equipment knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
