Sales Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager

Overview of Position

The Sales Representative at Quality Stoves and Spas is a position where the main goal and focus is product knowledge, sales, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales: Secures orders from customers. Manages transaction from sale through completion of install. Maintains relationship with existing customers to secure follow up orders.
• Training: Adjusts content of sales presentations thru training and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
• Estimates: Builds estimates by referring to price lists and product literature
• Lead Tracking: Keeps management informed by submitting estimates, sold jobs, and weekly report
• Market Analysis: Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products
• Brainstorming: Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Servant Minded: Work in all facets needed to assist in accomplishing what needs done.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
