Sales Associate

We are a family-run used car dealership that prides itself on maintaining a relaxed and welcoming environment. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Used Car Sales Representative / Customer Service Rep. If you have a passion for automobiles and a talent for helping people, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a family environment with high growth potential.

Main Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and help them take a look at a car / send them on a test drive.

* Develop and maintain strong customer service relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Work with the sales manager who will help with proper paperwork and documents to finish the sale.

* Call / E-mail potential customers who might have question and help them set appointments to see the car.

* Work closely with the sales team and management to enhance dealership performance.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

* Strong communication and personal skills.

* A passion for cars and helping people.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.

* Must have a valid California driver’s license.

* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
