  • Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations for purchasing or selling properties and help draft offers and counter-offers.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review necessary legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
  • Marketing: Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertisements.
  • Collaboration: Work with other professionals like lawyers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
