Sales Associate

• Manage inbound and outbound leads through the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to identify potential customers and build strong relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Track and report sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
