Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry/Mid-level Sales/Purchasing Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support management in various sales, purchasing, and marketing activities while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer & Vendor Management:

• Provide solutions and services to our customers while maintaining high quality through adherence to procedural compliance.
• Translating customer needs to vendors and ensuring satisfaction.

- Quotation Preparation:

• Prepare customer quotes and assist with follow-up communications with customers and vendors.

- Sales Order Administration:

• Managing sales orders and purchasing related activities, ensuring any discrepancies, such as late deliveries, are resolved and contract administration runs smoothly.

- Team Collaboration:

• Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues.
