Role Description

As a Sales Associate at our company, your primary responsibility will be to take the lead on business opportunities and drive them towards successful conversion. You'll work closely with internal teams to evaluate business needs, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your focus will be on converting leads into actionable business strategies, meeting targets, and aligning business solutions with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans by analyzing consumer needs, behaviors, and market trends to drive growth.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' marketing strategies and tactics, offering suggestions for system improvements to stay ahead in the market.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities, using data and insights to contribute to marketing plans that align with sales goals.
  • Track and report on sales activity and performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Actively promote the company's brand across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and increasing market presence.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Accounting & Tax Services - Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, audits, and other financial services to confidently explain offerings to clients.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts simply, both verbally and in writing.
  • Relationship-Building Skills - Comfortable networking, establishing trust, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Sales & Negotiation Ability - Capable of identifying prospects, pitching services, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Tech & CRM Savvy - Familiarity with Zoho and basic office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities efficiently


Who We're Looking For:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the accounting, finance, or auditing sectors.
  • Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
