Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving the organization’s revenue and helping clients find solutions that match their business needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Prospecting & Lead Engagement: Actively initiate conversations with new and existing clients to understand their requirements.
• Consultative Selling: Deliver engaging, value-focused presentations that highlight how our services can benefit clients.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships that support retention and long-term partnerships.
• Target Achievement: Consistently work toward meeting and surpassing monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain updated client records and coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
