Sales Associate

Do you enjoy retail but hate the hours? Although our store is open on Monday 8-8, Tuesday through Friday 8-6 and Saturday 10-4, (No Sunday hours). Your work hours would include 1 day off during the week and a 3-day weekend every month.

We need someone who is customer service oriented and has excellent communication skills. People skills and personality are key. The ability to show a genuine interest in the customers’ wants and needs is essential. The perfect candidate has a prior background in sales within retail, designing, construction or flooring. Computer skills are required.

We provide access to product and sales training through our online university.

Duties:

· Ability to build relationships with current clients and potential customers.

· Being able to answer questions from customers about our company, products, or services.

· Managing projects from opening to closing the sale.

· Keeping up-to-date on current products

· Assisting customers with any inquiries they have
