Job Description: Sales Associate (Accounting & Tax Consultancy)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with 2 to 4 years of proven experience in the UAE, specifically within an Accounting and Tax Consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of UAE market dynamics, especially in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored service recommendations based on accounting and tax needs.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while contributing to overall company growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE corporate tax, VAT regulations, accounting services, and company offerings.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Accurately process service agreements, proposals, and payments through POS/CRM systems.
- Support marketing and business development activities by maintaining organized records and assisting in service presentations.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client service.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Experience working in an Accounting and Tax Consultancy in the UAE is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive, proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
