We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B technical sales. Familiarity with UAV technologies, particularly DJI Enterprise drones, is a major plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our full suite of drone solutions to organizations across the MENA region.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads through WhatsApp, Calls , Emails
- Generate leads through cold calls, inbound inquiries, networking, events, and industry referrals
- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate DJI Enterprise drone and software solutions (e.g., M400, M30T, Matrice 4 Series, DJI Dock, FlightHub 2, DJI Terra, etc.)
- Draft tailored proposals, quotations, and solution documentation based on client requirements
- Lead the sales process from first contact to closing and handover, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts for upselling, renewals, and long-term partnerships
- Stay updated on product features, use cases, and competitive technologies in the UAV space
- Collaborate with technical engineers and the support team to fulfill customer expectations
- Record and update all sales activity, pipeline status, and deal progress using CRM tools
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine campaigns and sales collateral
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to improve market penetration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or solution-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with DJI Enterprise drones or other commercial UAVs is a strong advantage
- Understanding of drone applications across industries (e.g., mapping, surveillance, inspection)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, value-driven manner
- CRM software experience (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
