Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, generate leads, close property sales, and build long-term relationships with buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
• Present real estate projects clearly and professionally
• Schedule site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, telesales, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of property market (plots, apartments, commercial units)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Fluent in Urdu, basic English communication
