Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls, and emails
• Update and enter client information in the CRM database.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners
• Build and qualify sales leads
• Conduct market research, build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Update and enter client information in the CRM database.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Attend social network events (Required)
• Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and clients.
• General knowledge about the security products and services is an asset.
• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and provide feedback on marketing initiatives, market conditions, and competitors and trends
• Follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales-driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, scheduling)

• Experience in security systems is an asset.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• A valid driver's license is an asset
• Persuasive and able to evaluate alternatives
