Position Summary:
The Sales Associate at our Hotel is responsible for driving revenue through personalized guest engagement, promoting wellness programs, spa services, retreats, memberships, and accommodation packages. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with guests while aligning sales efforts with the hotel’s holistic wellness philosophy
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell wellness packages, spa treatments, retreats, memberships, and hotel services
- Understand guest wellness goals and provide tailored recommendations
- Handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online channels
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and sales records in the PMS/CRM system
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining premium guest experience
- Coordinate closely with Spa, Fitness, Front Office, and Marketing teams
- Upsell and cross-sell services ethically and in alignment with wellness values
- Conduct site tours and explain wellness concepts, programs, and facilities
- Follow up with past guests for repeat business and referrals
- Stay informed about wellness trends, programs, and hotel offerings
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, brand guidelines, and service excellence
