Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, promote our products, and contribute to a welcoming caring environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Duties

• Attend meeting and clients interviews to assist enrolling new clients into our program.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing families and guardians requests and resolve their concerns to their satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous sales experience, preferably in customer service environments.
• Proven ability to perform program demonstrations and upselling techniques effectively.
• Strong communication skills coupled with exceptional customer service abilities.
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in a retail setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
