We are expanding the sales team for our fast-growing private aviation company and are seeking the right person to become our next Sales Associate. Position Overview:
The Sales Associate is a foundational role on the Outlier sales team. You'll work directly with Sales Directors and Sales Leadership to engage new prospects and support active sales efforts. This is a high-touch, high-growth opportunity where you’ll gain experience with C-suite clients, travel to industry events, and develop a deep understanding of private aviation, sales strategy, and luxury client service.
You’ll be backed by sales enablement tools, coaching from senior leadership, and a flat team structure that values new ideas and quick execution. This role is built for someone ambitious, curious, and ready to outwork the competition.
