Customer Service & Sales Representative

This is an in-person role based in New York. We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our clients face-to-face at live events and retail activations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, welcoming them, answering questions, and ensuring they have a great experience. If you have a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service, you’ll thrive here and if you don’t, we’ll train you from the ground up.

Role Specifics & Setting

• The Industry: Our Partners represent clients in the Telecommunications sector such as T-Mobile Business & Spectrum.
• The Setting: This is a face-to-face role conducted at retail locations and scheduled live events throughout the NYC area presenting brand outreach campaigns, customized product presentations or new donor support.
• The Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Standard business/event hours).

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in person within a professional retail or event environment.
• Answer questions regarding client products and services with accuracy and positivity.
• Guide customers through the sign-up or sales process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming representation of our partner brands.
