Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance to help them find products that meet their needs
• Engage customers in friendly conversations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable options
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling and retail math skills, including cash management and cashiering duties
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product features to inform and educate customers effectively
• Handle customer inquiries regarding banking or financial services products, including basic loan processing when applicable
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked to enhance the shopping experience
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping using financial software and 10-key typing skills

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for retail math, cash handling, and cash management tasks
• Experience with cashiering systems and financial software applications is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as 10-key typing efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers and achieving sales goals
