Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties
• Process financial transactions efficiently using retail math skills and financial software systems
• Support loan processing activities by explaining financial products and assisting with application procedures when applicable
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment for shoppers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency
• Knowledge of financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and securely
• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn about banking, financial services, and sales techniques
