• Support banking-related activities such as loan processing, account inquiries, and deposit transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, cash register balances, and transaction logs using financial software.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Perform retail math calculations for pricing adjustments, discounts, or promotional offers to ensure accuracy.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
• Knowledge of banking operations or financial services is a plus.
• Strong math skills, including basic math and 10-key typing proficiency for quick data entry.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash management duties confidently.
