Job Description – Sales Associate (Real Estate)

Position: Sales Associate – Real Estate
Location: Kuwait City
Nationality: Any
Visa: 18 Ahli/Normal Transferable Visa Only
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Working Hours: 9 Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and social media platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and explain property details to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and property owners.
• Prepare and follow up on sales documents and agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and company goals.
• Maintain updated property listings and client databases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Must be bilingual (English & Arabic preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Kuwait real estate market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Must hold a transferable 18 Ahli/Normal visa.
• Ready to join immediately.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
• Attractive commission structure
• Benefits as per Kuwait labor law

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
