We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Specialist to support the promotion and growth of our education and training services. The ideal candidate should have experience in education sales, training services, admissions, or professional course promotion.
The role requires strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to guide prospective learners and corporate clients toward suitable training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote educational, professional, and certification-based training programs.
- Communicate with prospective students, working professionals, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Support enrolment and registration activities in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and learners.
- Follow up on enquiries and support sales conversion.
- Work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and registrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Represent the institute professionally in all client interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within education, training, admissions, or professional services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Computer literacy and basic reporting skills.
- Experience in the Qatar or GCC market will be an advantage.
- Bilingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
