You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information on features and benefits.
• Process sales orders and transactions accurately using our platform Innergy.
• Use this sales software and 10-key typing skills to record sales data efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, teamwork, and customer service environments
• Ability to "Close" a sale
• Ability to operate sales software and perform input typing efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
