Sales Associate

Monitor and manage the Sales cloud to identify and rectify data anomalies at the entry level across products and business units.

Reconcile Sales cloud dashboards with real-time sales activities, ensuring that the most up-to-date information is accurately reflected.

Collaborate with Oracle/Systems teams to proactively identify and address gaps in data and processes.

Collect, compile, and report field sales activity on a daily and periodic basis.

Analyze fetched data to create actionable insights for the Sales Leadership Team based on defined parameters.

Coordinate with teams, Business Unit (BU) heads, and Product teams to ensure timely completion of customer documentation and checklists, facilitating prompt order processing.

Facilitate urgent system approvals across internal and external departments as needed.

Report anomalies in order completion promptly to BU heads, Product heads, and Key Account Managers (KAMs).

Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyses covering various timeframes and aspects, including field activity, sales funnel, sales forecast, progress tracking, and more.

Collaborate with BU and Product heads to maintain and update historical sales and revenue review reports.

Coordinate with Product heads to compile and update pan product market analysis reports on a quarterly, mid-year, and annual basis.

Collaborate with BU and Product heads to incorporate regular market insights into weekly sales sessions.

Assist in presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning activities in coordination with Sales and Product heads.

Pay: From Rs55,000.00 per hour
