Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere
• Provide detailed product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions based on customer preferences
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Manage cash register operations, including balancing drawers and handling returns or exchanges efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of retail math principles to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management
• Uphold excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and professionally, fostering customer loyalty

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate transactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated reliability with cash management and cashiering responsibilities
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the US.
