Sales Associate

Overview

Join our team as a Full Time Sales Associate. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, helpful manner to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Apply product knowledge to make appropriate recommendations and answer questions accurately
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product availability
• Handle transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and point of sale use
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store environment at all times
• Opening and closing procedures and other daily store operations as needed
• Contribute to a team environment by communicating effectively and maintaining a reliable work ethic

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn product information
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
