We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE market.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
- Promote and sell residential real estate projects to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Kerala geography and the Kerala real estate market is mandatory
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages will be considered an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
