Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert advice or product recommendations.
• Drive Sales: Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals by utilizing product knowledge and active listening.
• Store Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system; handle cash and card payments responsibly.
• Merchandising: Maintain visual standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current promotions, product features, and return policies to confidently answer customer questions.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a smooth, positive daily operation.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
