Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated, passionate and customer-driven Sales Associate to join the LAGGAR team. You will play a key role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining the premium standards our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilties:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional and knowledgeable manner
• Understand customer needs and guide them to appropriate products
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain an impeccable standard of product knowledge across all categories
• Handle transactions accurately using the Shopify POS system
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members in both Arabic and English
• Represent the LAGGAR brand with professionalism, confidence and discretion

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Prior experience in a luxury, premium or fashion retail environment strongly preferred
• Arabic and Enlgish communication is must

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
