Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Coordinator to manage online orders for cakes, custom cakes, pastries, chocolates, sweets, flowers, and gift items. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen, decorators, packing staff, and delivery team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time with high presentation standards. Responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders from the website, social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in bakery, café, confectionery, gifting, or customer service preferred. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and coordination skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy periods, basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online ordering systems, and strong attention to detail, especially for custom and special occasion orders.
