About the role

You'll be the go-to person on the sales floor — helping customers find what they need, and bringing a genuine enthusiasm that actually moves product. If you're building a career in retail, hospitality, or operations, this role gives you real reps across sales, inventory, and team dynamics.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and provide personalized, helpful service that turns browsers into buyers
• Run POS transactions accurately — cash, card, returns, and everything in between
• Lead product demos that highlight real benefits and create natural upsell moments
• Keep merchandising displays fresh, stocked, and visually on-point
• Handle customer inquiries by phone with professionalism and a friendly tone
• Help onboard new team members and hold the standard when supervisors need backup

What you bring

• Strong communicator — you connect easily with all kinds of people (bilingual is a plus)
• Some retail, grocery, or customer-facing experience; comfortable with cashiering and basic math
• Solid working knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Natural ability to upsell by listening well and matching products to actual needs
• Professional phone presence for remote customer support
• Any experience leading or mentoring teammates is a definite bonus
