Wilco Land LLC is a fast-growing real estate investment company focused exclusively on raw land. We buy and sell vacant land in markets we genuinely believe are some of the coolest places in the country — because we love the outdoors and geek out over this stuff. Our goal is simple: be the best land buyers and sellers in the country.

About this role

This role sits at the heart of our business. Depending on where you're needed most, you could be working the buy side — connecting with landowners, presenting offers, and locking up acquisitions — or the sell side, engaging buyers and moving properties. Either way, the job is the same at its core: hustle, build relationships, and close deals.

This is not a role for someone waiting for leads to fall into their lap. We want someone who picks up the phone without being asked, shakes off rejection, and comes to the table with ideas on how to generate and engage leads. Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement. Sales experience and a relentless work ethic will take you far here.

What you'll do

  • Make and receive a high volume of calls, texts, and emails with landowners and buyers during business hours (9 am to 5–6 pm CST); occasional calls/emails outside of office hours
  • Present offers, negotiate deals, and represent Wilco Land with professionalism
  • Proactively generate and engage leads — don't wait for them to come to you
  • Manage and grow a deal pipeline from first contact through close
  • Build lasting relationships on both the buy and sell side
  • Bring ideas and initiative to the team — we want your input, not just your output
  • Track all activity and keep your pipeline tight in our CRM (Follow Up Boss, Google Suite)

What we're looking for

  • Not afraid of the phone or rejection — high call volume is the job
  • Proactive and self-motivated: you create your own momentum
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and represents our brand well
  • Creative thinker who brings ideas on lead generation and engagement
  • Organized and detail-oriented — juggling multiple leads and deals at once
  • Comfortable with technology: Google Suite, CRM systems, ability to adapt fast
  • 1+ year of sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
