Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that match their needs
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, discounts, or financial transactions
• Handle inquiries about retail products, banking options, or financial services with clear and helpful communication
• Assist with loan processing tasks and explain financial software features to customers when applicable
• Maintain organized cash registers and ensure proper cash management throughout your shift
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a plus
• Basic math skills including retail math, 10 key typing proficiency, and understanding of cash handling procedures are essential
• Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems will be advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are vital for success in this role
• Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
