Sales Associate

Job Duties:

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Assist customers in finding the right products.
• Share product knowledge and explain features and benefits.
• Work toward meeting sales goals.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills required.
