Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Team Member to join our team. The Team Member will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the store’s daily operations. This is a very active position, requiring physical stamina and energy.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer assistance with their shopping needs.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves, managing inventory, and cleaning up the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Assist in creating attractive store displays and visual merchandising.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Unload trucks and separate shipments.
• Price and stock merchandise.
• Organize merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Load products into customers’ cars.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work well with other associates and as part of a team.
• Punctuality and good time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual labor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good moral character, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently on tasks.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Ability to speak Spanish is helpful but not required.
