We’re Hiring – B2B Corporate Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, expanding corporate accounts, and achieving sales growth targets through strategic business development and excellent communication skills.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (preferably in FMCG, luxury retail, or services)
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to prepare customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with corporate clients, hotels, and institutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns for corporate packages
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager on performance, client feedback, and business updates
