Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, commission-based Sales Associate to generate new business, build client relationships, and help grow our engineering services portfolio. This is a performance-driven opportunity with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities
• Build relationships with fabricators, contractors, and industrial clients
• Present service offerings and proposals
• Manage leads through closing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (engineering/construction preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable selling professional/technical services

Compensation

• 20% commission on first-time clients
• 15% commission on returning clients
• Performance bonuses
• Marketing costs reimbursed
• Full-time offer possible after establishing steady client revenue

Pay: $25.41 - $30.60 per hour
