Sales Associate- Female

We are urgently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executive who is fluent in Tagalog to join our growing team in the UAE. Immediate joining is required.

Job Title: Telesales Executive
Gender: Female
Language Requirement: Tagalog (mandatory)
Experience: 0-6 months

• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with prior telesales or customer service experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge
