SALES ASSOCIATE - FEMALE ONLY

A leading group of company is looking for a competent SALES ASSOCIATE who is knowledgeable with Perfumes. For Female applicants only, available for interview on 22-Feb-2026 starting 9am.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- responsible for promoting and selling fragrances to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining product knowledge.

- assist customers in finding the right scent, handle transactions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience

- demonstrating product knowledge, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting and Assisting Customers: Warmly welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the various perfumes, including notes, sillage, and longevity, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Upselling and Cross-selling: Suggesting complementary products or higher-priced items to increase sales volume.
• Handling Transactions: Processing payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Building Customer Relationships: Creating a positive rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Addressing Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store information according to a job site.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Store Operations:

• Maintaining Store Appearance: Ensuring the sales floor and cashier area are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Stock Management: Assisting with stock replenishment, inventory control, and minimizing stock loss.
• Visual Merchandising: Helping to arrange and display products in a way that attracts customers says a job board.
• Reporting: Preparing sales reports and providing feedback to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• SALES ASSOCIATE - PERFUME: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
