Location: Metro area (3 retail locations + mobile shop-at-home team)

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers to understand their flooring needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Educate clients on different flooring materials (hardwood, carpet, tile, vinyl, etc.) and help them choose the best option for their space.
• Perform accurate measurements and prepare detailed, professional quotes.
• Manage the full sales process — from consultation and contract signing to project turnover with our production team.
• Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay current on design trends, products, and materials to deliver expert recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Strong people skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable using technology, learning new software, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Sales experience helpful but not required — we provide comprehensive training!
• A passion for design and helping clients create beautiful spaces.
