Sales Associate (Full Training)

South Texas Brand Collective is seeking a people-focused individual to join our growing team as a Sales Associate. In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist in outreach initiatives by building strong relationships and helping guide individuals toward products and services that best fit their needs.

This position is suited for someone who enjoys working with people, developing communication skills, and gaining valuable experience in sales, customer relations, and business development. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact between clients and customers by providing information on available products and services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist in facilitating direct outreach initiatives
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Track daily customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Prior experience working with customers is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Motivated to achieve individual and team goals through positive customer interactions
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,350.00 per week
