Sales Associate / Licensed Esthetician

About Us

Zivel Performance & Recovery is Colorado Springs’ newest premium wellness studio,

offering advanced recovery and rejuvenation services designed to help people feel, perform,

and live better. Our modalities include whole-body cryotherapy, infrared

sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, and body contouring — all centered around

performance, recovery, and well-being.

At its core, this position is a sales role. You will be the face of Zivel—welcoming guests,

guiding them through our services, and helping them understand the long-term value of

becoming a member. You must also work the social media accounts: create posts and stories, write captions, and take photos. You will also be trained on performing the cryo facial and body contouring machine for clients.

What You’ll Do

- Perform premium esthetic and body contouring services including CryoSlimming,

CryoToning, and CryoLift Facials

- Sell memberships, service packages, and the Zivel experience with confidence

- Give studio tours and convert walk-in guests into members

- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and appointment updates

- Provide exceptional customer service and handle member questions or concerns

- Maintain clean, organized, guest-ready treatment rooms and lobby areas

- Attend weekly team meetings for development and alignment

- Assist with daily operations including:

- Laundry and cleanliness upkeep

- Customer lead follow-up

- Community partnerships and outreach

- Event planning

- Social media support

Schedule

- Full-time or part-time available

- Must be available for some evenings (until 7:30pm) and two Saturdays out of the month

- Must be available for 2 all-day training sessions for our body contouring machine (date TBD).

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
