Title: Sales Associate- Medical Device: IR/Endoscopy

Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role will be focused on identifying new accounts, building relationships, supporting procedures, and driving adoption of innovative biopsy technology.
It requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to learn and hit the ground running.
REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
· Identify sales leads, cold call, prospect, and maintain an active pipeline.
· Support cases in hospital setting.
· Expertly communicate value proposition to customers, administrators, and other hospital personnel through meetings and presentations.
· Produce sales plans and reports for leadership
· Provide excellent customer service

· Comfortable in Clinical Environment (supporting biopsy procedures)

· Demonstrated competence with computer programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Work Environment And Physical Demands
· Field based (i.e. hospital, doctor’s office, etc); comfortable in clinical settings
· Variable time spent standing during procedures
· Reliable form of transportation (reimburseable)
Preferred Experience:
· Prior Experience in hospital or clinical setting: Radiology, Endoscopy, GI, Pulmonology, Respiratory
· 2+ years of Medical Sales or Sales specific experience
