Position Overview:
We’re looking for friendly, style-loving Sales Associates to join our growing team! Whether full-time or part-time, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for fashion and gifting, and thrives in a warm, team-oriented boutique environment.

Duties

• Welcome each customer with genuine Southern hospitality
• Help customers find the perfect outfit or thoughtful gift
• Offer styling suggestions and product recommendations
• Process purchases accurately using our POS system
• Keep the store looking beautiful through merchandising and restocking
• Stay up to date on new arrivals, best sellers, and seasonal trends
• Work alongside a supportive team to create a positive shopping experience

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality and love for people
• Interest in fashion, accessories, and unique gifts
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
